Members of the firm at all levels are involved in voluntary activity for social and charitable initiatives.  These include youth, housing, homeless and disabled projects, in which many of us participate as trustees, board members or hands-on helpers.  We regularly come alongside our friends from other local firms at charity events such as Dragon Boat racing at Baltic Wharf.

We take seriously our environmental responsibility and do our best to minimise any adverse impact of our business on the world around us.  This includes using green technologies and recycling wherever we can.  We are members of the Bristol Environmental Technologies Sector, a partnership between businesses, investors, local authorities, academia and agencies promoting environmental technologies.

We maintain a supportive and meritocratic firm culture and seek to build lasting relationships with our clients and fellow professionals.  We believe that this is inherent to being a responsible business.
