Dealing with the Regulations often involves us working closely with our Corporate & Commercial department.  Together we bring a wealth of experience in dealing with the Regulations, particularly in drafting warranties and indemnities, negotiating the apportionment of risks, carrying out disclosure and due diligence and advising on collective consultation obligations.
