Gregg Latchams LLP is a limited liability partnership registered in England and Wales with registered number OC342712.  It is regulated by the Solicitors Regulation Authority.  Gregg Latchams is the business name for the legal practice carried on by Gregg Latchams LLP.  Accordingly, all references on this website to "Gregg Latchams", "the firm", "we", "us" or "our" should be read as referring to Gregg Latchams LLP (and where relevant its affiliated business Bristol Legal Limited 6587363).

A list of members of Gregg Latchams LLP is available for inspection at our registered office: 7 Queen Square, Bristol BS1 4JE.  All the members of Gregg Latchams LLP are solicitors of England and Wales.

The Gregg Latchams WRH general partnership converted to limited liability partnership status under English law on 1st April 2009, when Gregg Latchams LLP took over the practice of the Gregg Latchams WRH general partnership.

We use the word “partner” on this website and in emails to refer to a member of Gregg Latchams LLP or an employee or consultant of Gregg Latchams LLP with equivalent standing and qualifications.

Gregg Latchams LLP is not authorised by the Financial Services Authority.  However, we are included on the register maintained by the Financial Services Authority so that we can carry on insurance mediation activity, which is broadly advising on, selling and the administration of insurance contracts.  This part of our business, including arrangements for complaints or redress if something goes wrong, is regulated by the Law Society.  The register can be accessed via the Financial Services Authority website at www.fsa.gov.uk. 

The Law Society is our designated professional body for the purposes of the Financial Services and Markets Act 2000.  Responsibility for regulation and complaints is handled independently by the Solicitors Regulation Authority and the Legal Complaints Service.
