Disqualified directors and business crime

We advise disqualified directors, and those potentially facing disqualification, on the application of the statutory rules and what business activities remain lawful following a ban.  We also act in defending disqualification proceedings and appealing against disqualification.

Our senior partner Andrew Gregg has a criminal practice dealing with a range of non-publicly funded clients and matters.  He has particular expertise in defending proceedings against directors and businesses including disputes with HM Revenue & Customs, health and safety prosecutions, environment, food safety and licensing matters and 'white collar' crime such as fraud.  For further information on Andrew’s practice see the advocacy page.

Our specialists in these areas are Andrew Gregg, Richard Gore and Ken McEwan.
