John is head of the firm's Corporate & Commercial and Employment departments. He has over 30 years' experience advising businesses and individuals, with particular expertise in mergers and acquisitions, shareholder and director issues, joint ventures and MBOs. He is a member of the Employment Lawyers' Association and has a busy practice advising both employers and employees. John read Law at London University and spent 7 years with Osborne Clarke in Bristol before joining one of the firms which make up Gregg Latchams.
