Ken is head of the firm’s Litigation department. He advises on general and commercial dispute resolution in a variety of areas including property ownership, trusts of land, contested probate and inheritance provision, intellectual property and partner and shareholder matters. He also advises on director disqualifications and the dissolution of companies and partnerships. Ken is a fully accredited member of the Association of Contentious Trust and Probate Specialists. He obtained a Masters in Commercial Law at Bristol University and practised in a central London firm before moving to Bristol.
