Patrick is a partner in the firm’s Commercial Property department. He has acted for a wide variety of commercial property clients from our offices in Queen Square for over 40 years. Patrick advises his clients on the acquisition and disposal of commercial property and on landlord and tenant matters, particularly in the leisure and entertainment sector. Patrick has been a partner in one of the firms which make up Gregg Latchams since 1980.
