Richard is a partner in the firm’s Litigation department. He advises on dispute resolution with particular expertise in banking litigation, contractual disputes, partner and shareholder matters, commercial landlord and tenant disputes and professional negligence. He is a member of the Professional Negligence Lawyers’ Association and the Financial Services Lawyers’ Association. He also sits on the executive committee of the Law Society’s Civil Justice Section and is the Treasurer of the Bristol Law Society. Richard read Law and American Studies at Keele University and trained in a central London firm before moving to Devon and then Bristol.
