We act for many clients who buy properties for investment, whether it be a one-off investment venture or a portfolio of investment properties.  Properties bought for such purposes may range from a small one bedroom flat, to houses in multiple occupation, to the larger country home or town house.

Investors may need to refinance and restructure their assets from time to time to save cost and tax.  We can assist with this and, working closely with our Estate Planning & Tax department, we can provide a full property and asset tax planning service.
