The department’s clients include developers, landlord investors, tenant occupiers, banks and pension funds.  We have extensive experience of property development projects.  We advise on property investment and acquisitions and disposals of corporate real estate as well as landlord and tenant matters including property management.  Our property finance practice involves acting for lenders investigating title and perfecting security. 

We have specialist expertise in dealing with licensed premises and in advising the trustees of SIPPs and SSASs making pension fund investments.  We work alongside our Litigation colleagues in advising on commercial property disputes.
