Notarial

The department offers a comprehensive notarial service to individuals and organisations.  Our two notaries deal with the authentication of documents or verification of information in a form which is recognised in other jurisdictions.

We have a diverse caseload including matters such as ships’ protests, bills of exchange, certificates of origin, winding up of estates involving overseas property, applications to marry abroad, foreign adoptions, affidavits, trade mark and patent applications, overseas company registrations and contractual matters. 

We understand that the need for notarisation may be urgent or unexpected, requiring immediate assistance.  We make every endeavour to be available to existing and new clients at short notice, enabling their deadlines to be met.
