Ffenstri Limited - Purchase of Launa Windows from administrators and purchase of Sandison Windows

The corporate team led by Paul Hardman and John Dalby and assisted by Ed Pitt, Polly Frost and Ian McColl completed the purchase of the well known south west home improvements company, Launa Windows from administrators. The deal was the second in the year for Ffenestri Limited following the purchase in February of Sandison Windows. Hayden Rushton said ‘Paul and the team managed to push both of these deals through on time and on budget; the Launa deal went through in just two days! Our ability to act quicker than our competitors has enabled us to add £10million to our turnover in the last 8 months, by making sound business deals.’

The Corporate and Commercial Property Teams at Gregg Latchams were delighted to conclude on a £4.2m purchase of a Grown Golf club business and course in August this year for a new UK investment vehicle of a Swiss based consortium. The deal was backed by Santander in Bristol who were introduced to the deal by Gregg Latchams. Andrew Craven of the client company commented 'This particular purchase is hoped to be the first step of a series of UK acquisitions for the Group. Gregg Latchams were instrumental at every stage of the purchase and provided many solutions to seemingly impossible challenges.
