Solicitor
Colin is a solicitor in the firm’s Employment department. He advises employers and employees on all aspects of employment law with particular expertise in dealing with Employment Tribunal claims for unfair/wrongful dismissal and discrimination. He also advises on policies and procedures surrounding TUPE transfers, redundancy and business reorganisations. Colin is a member of the Employment Lawyers’ Association.
Before joining Gregg Latchams in June 2010 Colin trained at Thompsons Solicitors in Cardiff, qualifying as a solicitor in January 2006, and worked at Hughes Paddison in Cheltenham. He studied Law and Italian at Cardiff University and Parma University in Italy.
