Julian has over 16 years experience in Commercial Property and acts for a number of clients and corporate entities for their property requirements as well as individual investor clients                                   

He has been involved with Business parks from initial set up, through to their portfolio management land eventual disposals. Julian deals with investment purchases and sales. He has a wide knowledge of Landlord and Tenant matters (including portfolio management) and is happy to advise both Landlord and Tenants on any leasehold issues. He has acted for a number of retailers and understands and appreciates their commercial requirements

Julian acts for a number of financial institutions, both corporate and for individuals for their secured lending work and is happy to talk to you about any concerns you may have
