Partner
Paul is a partner in the Corporate & Commercial department. He specialises in corporate finance work covering mergers and acquisitions, management buy outs and buy ins, joint venture arrangements, shareholder agreements, company constitution and corporate governance matters, private equity, equity and debt fund raising and fast track (turnaround) procedures. Paul has over 20 years experience acting mostly for SME and owner managed businesses. He read Economic History at Durham before qualifying as a solicitor and moving to Bristol where he has been based ever since. He is a member of the Institute of Directors.
