- acting on behalf of a regional energy generation company in the acquisition of property for the siting of wind turbine technology; and
- acquisition of properties on behalf of both Small Self Administered Schemes (SSASs) and Self Invested Personal Pensions (SIPPs), the latter often involving complex trust and tax issues in order to secure joint funding from lenders and the SIPP.
Richard studied at the University of Warwick and the College of Law, Guildford, and is also a Member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners and a trustee of a number of local charities.
