Fenix Automotive
Iain McColl, an Associate in the corporate team, led the legal team on a corporate partnering by the firm’s client Fenix Automotive Limited with Arrinera SA, a Polish company.
The deal was timed to coincide with an Initial Public Offering (IPO) listing by the Polish company and will see the development by Fenix of Lee Noble’s new supercar to be launched in Spring 2013.
