We recognise that litigation or alternative dispute resolution is often unavoidable for those owning an interest in commercial property.

We work with our colleagues in the firm’s Litigation department in dealing with matters such as rent reviews, the Landlord and Tenant Act 1954, boundary disputes, restrictive covenants, dilapidations, debt recovery and applications to the Lands Tribunal.
