If the value of your assets is likely to give rise to a tax liability, we will proactively suggest and discuss with you other steps which could be taken to minimise this (see wealth management).
In addition to drafting new wills we provide a will review service. This involves us looking at your existing will and offering advice as to whether it reflects your current wishes, and whether it should be amended in the light of legislative developments.
