Our general commercial disputes team deal with:

• contractual disputes

Our team acts for individuals and organisations in debt recovery matters, from the initial letter of claim up to and including the enforcement of a judgment.

We are experienced in product liability matters including claims resulting from defective industrial or domestic equipment causing loss or damage.

In complex financial litigation it is critical for me to be able to talk direct to the partner in charge. Gregg Latchams provides me with this approach. In my professional career as an investment banker I worked extensively with all the major London and New York law firms, so I do have high expectations here.
