As the economy moves out of recession it is likely that more companies will be faced with tough financial decisions and a lot of them will be forced to consider some form of insolvency.

We work with a network of insolvency practitioners to provide clear and concise advice on the options available to those companies.

We also advise on:

• winding up proceedings
• voluntary arrangements
• administration
• the liabilities of directors when faced with the insolvency of a company

In complex financial litigation it is critical for me to be able to talk direct to the partner in charge. Gregg Latchams provides me with this approach.
