Iain is a solicitor in the firm’s Corporate & Commercial department. He advises on corporate matters such as mergers and acquisitions, shareholders agreements, reorganisations, financing and security, and general commercial matters such as intellectual property and contracts of all kinds. Iain worked at Allen & Overy in the City and Veale Wasbrough in Bristol before joining Gregg Latchams. He qualified as a solicitor in 2004.
