At Gregg Latchams, we’re committed to improving the world around us and aim to do good in all our actions.
We are committed to helping some of the most vulnerable people within our community, be that by way of fundraising, making donations in kind, volunteering or pro bono advice and assistance.
In addition to the many social and charitable initiatives our staff are personally involved in, Gregg Latchams annually elects a local charity to support financially and in kind. In the first year of our endeavour we successfully raised over £15,000 for St Peter’s Hospice.
We have recently joined together with Feeding Bristol, a local charity striving for a ‘Zero-Hunger Bristol’. In developing a two year relationship we will be supporting them through money raised in our tuck shops, dress down days, bake sales and bucket collections. You will also find members of the team providing assistance in catering hubs, warehouses and making deliveries!
Environmental responsibility is important to us and we try to minimise any diverse impact of our business. We have taken the Bristol Green Capital Pledge to take action to help make Bristol a greener, low carbon city. Our various green initiatives include a cycle to work scheme, pedometer challenges, increased recycling, Gregg Latchams’ very own Green Week and we are working towards becoming a paperless office.
Our staff have also contributed and been part mentoring schemes, in which they provide career focused support to students from sectors of society that are under represented in the legal profession.
We are proud signatories to the Bristol Equality Charter which was set up to help improve equality, diversity and inclusion across Bristol.
