Construction Breakfast - 52 Big Ideas for Bristol

Next month we welcome the team at @StrideTreglown, the creative and inspiring Bristol-based practice behind 52 Big Ideas for Bristol who will be bringing a 53rd idea to explore with us.

We will be talking about our very own Castle Park, and how a reimagining of the space can open up a change in thinking and doing for this crucial site in the heart of the city. Despite its long history, it’s only been a park for 40 years. 100 years ago, it was a commercial hub for the city, with densely packed housing and commercial enterprises rubbing shoulders.

We would like to think about the next 40-100 years. With major developments planned for all sides, it must serve the community of new and old.

Speakers will include John Wright, Director and Head of Bristol Office; Rob Delius, Head of Sustainability; Paul Seaver, Urban Designer; and Isabel Carter, Head of Landscape Design, Stride Treglown.

All that plus a delicious breakfast, refreshments, and networking with industry peers. We look forward to welcoming you to our first Construction Breakfast following the summer break.
