Gregg Latchams and dementia research charity BRACE present ‘Supporting people with dementia’, an online event for those affected by a dementia diagnosis.
Dr James Selwood from the dementia research group ‘ReMemBr Group‘ will discuss the four most common types of dementia and provide some insight into how a diagnosis is made. James will explain how the different types of dementia affect patients and what we can all do to help.
Heledd Wyn is a specialist solicitor with expertise in supporting families affected by a dementia diagnosis. She will explain how to put arrangements in place to ensure peace of mind when someone loses the capacity to make decisions. Heledd will provide insight into overcoming the challenges faced by carers and attorneys whilst adhering to social distancing measures.
