Law in a Pint Glass: free networking event for Bristol’s food and drink producers

An evening of locally brewed beers and their perfect food pairings – a unique networking event hosted by Gregg Latchams Solicitors’ Food and Drink Sector specialists.

On Tuesday 8 November 2016, 18:00–20:00, Gregg Latchams Solicitors’ Food and Drink Sector team will be hosting an evening of locally brewed beers and delicious dishes at Strawberry Thief, Bristol.

Law in a Pint Glass will showcase a number of beers produced in the south west (some by Gregg Latchams’ own clients) and give you the chance to learn how each one is produced. Each brew will be accompanied by its perfect food pairing, expertly prepared by James Gordon of The Chocolate Bear Kitchen.  James, an award-winning TV chef, is known for his insight into pairing food with drink and will share his approach to gastronomic delight.

This journey through locally produced food and drink is your chance to network with some of Bristol’s best food and drink professionals, and ask Gregg Latchams’ Food and Drink Sector team all your burning legal questions.

Joseph Evans, acting Head of In-House Lawyer, said:

“This is a great opportunity for both aspiring and current food and drink producers and restauranters to hear from like-minded business owners about their passion for brewing and how they have brought their product to market.  It’s wonderful to have James with us to expertly guide us through how to match drink with food which is critical to a successful hostelry and how reputations are built.  This is a must for those involved in Bristol and the South West’s growing  food and drink scene.”

Attendance at the event is free, but spaces are limited and going fast. Make sure you’re there –  book your place now here.
