As a firm we have many credentials but one that really stands with our values was becoming a signatory of the Bristol Equality Charter – a voluntary action to promote and work towards equality in the city.
Signing the charter makes a clear public statement that we as an organisation are fully committed to the values of equality, diversity and inclusion. Organisations like us are free to set their own specific priorities and goals for improvement and review these when necessary to track progress to being fully inclusive.
Being a signatory for the BEC we share the ambition to create a fairer, safer, more inclusive city where everyone can feel that they belong and have an equal chance to succeed.
We also ensure that when we are looking for new talent to join Gregg Latchams that equal opportunities are integral to the process. Sharing good practice and improving outcomes for all those who work with or for Gregg Latchams is essential to sustaining an empowered workforce.
