We have hired our first Chief Operating Officer, Julian Dawson, to oversee business operations and improve client experience.
Julian has over 15 years of diverse experience in IT, enterprise architecture, project management and marketing and has worked for SMEs and Legal 500 law firms. Most recently, Julian spent two years as a self-employed consultant helping professional service firms develop efficient and effective operations.
