Acting for a client in relation to divorce and financial proceedings where the family home was integral to the clients’ work. Retained the family home for client and issued successful financial injunction proceedings to preserve a valuable pension scheme where attempts had been made to dissipate the asset.

Advising a client facing several allegations after a separation that resulted in reduced contact with the children.
