Unless we are asked to retain our file for longer or we have a good reason, we retain most files for 7 years from the file archive date. However we may retain files for longer or shorter periods depending on the nature of the matter and any applicable limitation periods. We retain Wills and Lasting Powers of Attorney indefinitely unless we are informed that the testator or grantor (as appropriate) has died
